HELP! Does anyone know how to put sparkles using PSP7?

I need someone to coach me thru it or show me a tut, but most tut's arent very clear and it would be very helpful and tremendous if someone could walk me through it!!

You could add a new transparent layer and draw the sparkles on the layer. o_O

I'm guessing that you might want to create a new layer, add a grain filter on it's lowest setting, then add a glow filter to that grain.

I have never really tried putting sparkles on any work..
I guess I dont want to have that chance.. xp
Anyway you could try searching for brushes that give the sparkling effect or like what Kitsuta said, you could create a new layer and draw a few sparkles and then copy and paste em so it wont be that tedious..
