I can't find where the Standard Chip Blinder * is located. I looked all over and in every guide and I know it is somewhere. Even someone who sat down and used the chip trader over and over and over again and recorded his results didn't get Blinder * out of it. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i know u can get the blinder chip from Higsbys but its not the * chip...
