ok this is my understanding it comes from chanalling your energy but only some people can do this if you have more energy thats good it is very hard but some times you distribute it with out even knowing my family tends to put out a electic charge that means we cant use digital watches it sorts them out

I must say that there are no specific sources to magic. Magic that you use to exorcise with should come from God, or the Gods, and magic that you use to summon spirits with are from within or from the earth.
