Above the "Insert" key and to the left of "Scroll Lock," there is a key labled "print screen." It may be abbreviated as something like "prt scr." Anytime you press that button, the computer copies exactly what's on your monitor. It's just like doing Ctrl+C. Once you've pressed "print screen," go into any image editing program (even MS paint works), then paste the image you captured. Then you just crop it, resize it, host it and post it.
