I REALLY like this guy, and I've told him so. He basically told me that I was to "different" to go out with , and that he thought of me as a friend.
NOW, this guys GIRLFRIEND likes ME. HIS GIRLFRIEND!!!
She told me that I'm the perfect Girl for her, BUT I DON'T LIKE HER!!!

Um... wow. Maybe you should talk with her boyfriend? Cause, I mean, this kind of involves him too in a way, cause you like him and he is dating her... so...
Seriously talk to her and lay down the law: You don't like her that way, you like her boyfriend, if she likes you and is willing to cheat on him then she doesn't deserve him, and she needs to back off. If that doesn't work...
Yeah. Talk with her boyfriend about it if that doesn't work. If he doesn't believe you, tell him to talk to his girlfriend himself about it. If that doesn't work, all three of you should sit down and discuss it...
