Does anyone know where to find the sheet music to the tune that Sailor Neptune plays when the outers transform?I've been looking for ages and haven't found a thing. crying

I looked for it on google and dogpile but I couldn't find it.

If you don't know the name of it, it is "Outer Senshi no henshin", maybe that will help you look for it.
