What others are there?

I know Full Moon Wo Sagashite by Tanemura.
And its all I know.

Are there any other pieces of work I should know about or read or watch and stuff? x3

Kamakaze Katiou Jeanne is a great manga - magical girl-ness with lots of drama and pretty Arina art (is there any other kind?). In some ways better than FMWS, imo, just because I think the pacing is better.

The anime however... is pretty blah. But it's the only other Arina anime (besides a Time Stranger Kyoko short and of course FMWS) that's out there. The manga is so much better than the anime though, by leaps and bounds.

Yup, I think Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne was better than FMWS in some ways also.

Let's see, there's also Shinshi Doumei Cross which isn't liscenced yet so you can only find it online. If you don't want to download it you can read it online at Misty Sensation and you can download it at Aku-Tenshi.

SDC is a really good series. There's also Time Stranger Kyoko which you can download at Mist Sensation. There's also I.O.N. and a collection of Arina's short stories, but I forget where I found both of those. In my opinion all of them are worth checking out though.
