i lost my father

I lost my father on mothers day and that made me soooooooo depressed. I have been hurting myself to get the pain away. I need help

i sort of know how you feel. I lost my "father" on mother's day of 2005 and resorted to hurting myself as well. The best thing I can tell you is to try and talk to someone. That and try not to think of it. I know that sounds really really dumb.....but sometimes it's all that you can do. Blasting music and singing (screaming xd ) along helps get some of the tension lifted. I know that it wont ever really go away....but hopefully some of this will help.
