Mastering Waluigi in Mario Kart DS

I'd like to master Waluigi in Mario Kart DS. Unfortunately, I race best as my second favorite character, Drybones, because he has much better handling.

What do I need to know about racing as Waluigi?

I thought I had read somewhere that the only differences in the characters were their weight.

Well then, does anyone have any tips for getting the best performance out of Waluigi's weight class?

I also think that it doesn't make your vehicle any slower, it just makes you easier to bump people. Which doesn't really matter on Wi-Fi Connection too much.

Each kart has it's own stats. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for Waluigi's karts. I've found that the Poltergust 4000 is the best fit for me, even though I'm not all that fond of its look. I use it because of its handling.

After you've done so much of the one player Grand Prixs, you unlock the ability to use anyone's kart with any character.

you guys are all wrong.it depends on what cart you're using to have better stats. If you beat mario kart and get all gold trophys you get to use any character with any cart.

I never even knew that you could get waluigi on the DS versoin.
