HELP! Family issues

I have two sisters and one never stops hitting and yelling and tauting me, shes always calling me an emotard, and stuff like that- and my family thinks that im to quiet and i nnever come out of my room, this leads to cutting....i dont know what to do with it all- my dad also wont stop smoking and i think hell die early cry
