From what I understand there wont be Classes, but more like Class like stats.

I hate class like states, it always makes me feel like I am to weak in some class because I hate using it.

Well useless is a matter for perspective. If simple numbers and mechanics are the only thing that matters to you then I can see how you wouldn't be happy.

On the other hand the freedom of personal expression will be wonderful. People won't have to look all alike to be the best. It's an unfortunate syndrome in most MMORPGs or RPG video games. Characters all start looking alike because of the predefined relation of items to abilities.

But oh you should have seen the whining in the main Battle System forum. Apparently some bratty richos couldn't stand not having a advantage over the less wealthy lol .

Anyways, I'm all for customzabilty and a equal footing.

And here I thought that the "Richer" Gaian's were complaining about Gaia's not aiming enough items at them and they have nothing to work for. Well, you got what you wished for! lol

I'm really glad the Quixter did something about that problem. I agree, equal footing all around.

Those people yust had too take it our leave smile I think it's great... now Money is not that much of an importance anymore. Porr And Rich have the same equal chanses of getting good smile

I've avoided the zOMG forum for exactly this reason. I had a suspicion
that the "priviledged" Gaians wouldn't be happy, with certain aspects
of the battle system.

Although, to be honest..

The people I'm worried about are the ones, who quest and battle their
lives away. You should remember to eat, sleep, socialize and work, wh-
ether it's for a good education or a reliable pay- check.

one thing i dont get is if the battle system is only useing rings and not having classes or weps. why would it be takeing so long i know they have the beta out but thats been out for about a couple of months now. so why are they wasting sooo much time on something sooo simple. i really think couldnt be too hard fix bugs and other things. im starting to be a little disapointed.

you are. Since you're so eager for the zOMG's release, why don't you
pick up the phone and offer to give them a hand? I'm sure the team
will be glad that you did.

ya i guess ur right they do, do alot of other things like monthly cloctables
and update. i guess im just getting alittle anxious sweatdrop
