Style? It's all the same style; very little difference between them all.
Work on the variety a little bit. How? Look around to find the various ways to do it. Try looking at some truly different styles, because all of that looks like shoujo works. If you wanna continue along that path though with different "styles" go look at Full Moon or something of the like next time you go to your local bookstore down in the manga section.

it's not the style u looking for it's the form .. and i have to say the form i like is well their all nice but the 4th or 5th one down is nice ... rolleyes

I agree with the others, the style is pretty much the same, but the fourth picture sticks out to me a bit more than the others because the eyes are drawn nicely and her expression makes one wonder what she is thinking.

i like the one on the right, except that the proportions need some polishing smile maybe you could refer to some anatomy books ^^

All the styles are very nice. Just pick whatever feels best to draw and go with it! Or draw whatever it is you want to make. As my teacher says, "Make what you want to see."
Also, if I were you, I would work on getting the eyes in the correct proportion. It's all very well to have a three-quarter view and (rightly) make one eye smaller, but your smaller eye is too small. Also, try drawing some pictures that don't have the head turned three-quarters. Try straight forward, bacl view, side view, low angles, high angles and different poses. The more you practice, the better you'll get!

My latest pic:  I tried to make it less static and make it sorta different, but it ended up looking about the same and still as anatomically wrong. ><
