You can tell it's a dorm by the cinderblock wall construction- I don't really know why that's the college dorm building material of choice, but it sure seems to be so.

love the hat! its just adorable. as for the dorm thing, most dorms have that cinderblock thig if its not cheap drywall. although i am curious what college that dorm is located. the cinderblock thing is familiar to me too.
