The hair could use a lot of work. Instead of using a single brush get a brush that better creates hair. You can find them everywhere on the internet. It looks too block-ish at the moment. Also, either remove the lines completely or make them dark. In between makes the colouring look sloppy or out of place even though it may be the lines that are that way.

Use hard edged brushed btw, soft edged gives the effect that clothes and hair and skin are.. glowing or breaking into particles.

The highlights and shadows seem good though. smile
