The neck seems too thick and the nose is too flat, it needs to extend from the face more. There is no distinction between his face and his forehead but there should be (like an eye ridge where the eyebrow would be) and the hair needs to start there, not directly above the eye. Also, his body is a little undefined and lacking in detail, perhaps exaggerate features a little more (like say, the shoulder blade in the back).

Also he is missing his other side, you seem to have only drawn one leg and one arm, the other two need to be drawn, otherwise it looks a little flat and makes the character look uneven. Also the hand is missing fingers ^^; Now that I look at it, the eye is rather small for such a large head. And the ear lacks detail.

Keep it up though! I like the way you have drawn the hair :3
