Here's my first so I need some feedback

These days I hold my own hand
Since you don't do it for me
I try and come close
But I'm wrong
And I don't try hard enough
I hold my own hand these days
Because yours are glued to your tears
I try and hold your hand
But you slap it away
I hold my own hand these days
Because you won't let me in anymore
Though I said sorry for what I've done
I hold my own hand these days
Because you left me all alone
