A porcelain mask
Sits upon her face
Painted like steel
A smile plastered on her face

The mask has a million cracks
From the damage
The pain

With one swift mistake

A trip or a fall

The mask could tumble
To the floor

To reveal who she really is

A girl

With tears in her eyes

A broken heart

And damage inside that cannot be undone

So she sits on the floor with her crumbing mask
From the damage, the pain, and the loss

Showing who she really is

The one she wants no one to see

Because she’s afraid

What would they think
It would just do more harm

But her life came crashing down
Like the porcelain on her mask

That day when it happened

She tripped and she fell

Sending the porcelain mask to the floor
No longer was she behind her mask
She was seen for her true self

A girl

With no smile plastered on her face
With tears in her eyes
With a broken smile and a broken heart

hm. I got beef with the line "she tripped and she fell." it feels empty.

maybe add something about how she landed and drop the second she, like:
"She tripped and fell"
fell upon her face
