Well, you're off to a good start. I can see you're having trouble with hands though. If you need to, just dedicate a whole page in a notebook to drawing hands. It will help alot. I also noticed the same for feet. Which can be solved the same way.
And I was told once that drawing the outline of hair is better than drawing every individual strand, but you don't seem to have any trouble with that besides the first one.

Keep up the good work, practice the hand, feet, and some other little details, like wrinckles and folds in clothes and the hair, and you'll be doing better in no time.

The first picture has really cool shades. I just didn't like how the head's a bit elongated x.x Besides that, every other picture's gorgeous!

I like the first one the most. Good job.
