Homan...

Amusing, ne?

They're "generated" Pokémon names from a fantasy name "generator".

Frankly, I dunno whether to be scared or enraged that all the suffixes this guy could think of were "-chu", "-mon", "-zard", and "-turtle".

Your opinions?

Edit: What the cheese?

The link has much better names than the ones in the original window. DX

Editedit: Ah HA! Go here, then to 'Specialized Names', then drop down to 'Pokemon'.

WTF!? question How close to useless can this get? I don't see why anyone couldn't come up with their own names for pokémon. And this gerator's allready mentioned suffix overuse is embarrasing.

Most of the endings are either -chu, -zard, or -tile. What's up with that?

Sterotypes. They could have at least used -eon.

Of course they are, that's why they're "fantasy" names wink
I've never held much value in name generators for these reasons - they usually have only a few endings or starts, and they often come up with things that just aren't even reasonable. Of course, I shouldn't really complain, since I got one of my favorite character names, Prorewyr, from mesing around with one a few years back ;D

Well, I can come with loads of pronounceable fantasy names.

I have a giant baby-name book, and I like to choose obscure names from it for my characters, so their names don't sound like jibberish. That's where I got Akahana, its Japanese, derived from some sort of red flower. I only use it for an anime character. The only name I've ever been proud of making up is "Oszim," (pronounced "Os-zim", or "Awesome" if you're having trouble with it) for one of my dragons.

As for the generator, I also don't care for his prefixes either, many include, "dork" "dumb" "twit" and "twerp" though they'd be good names for annoying stuff like Nosepass and Luvdisc. *retch*

I was being sarcastic, actually.
