It's really nice, if simple. Simple is good for a lot of artwork, especially this anime style, except when you're drawing hair. That's the one main problem I see here. Her hair is colored as one whole piece when it should be colored as different strands. Other than that, this is very cute. I like her pose a lot, and you don't seem to be doing too bad with foreshortening. I also like the details in her shoes and the background.

The colouring's nicely done. The only thing i didn't like was that it's not shiny enough =P Not enough lighting. The picture'll look lovely if you'd give it more contrast. ^^
