Rating will be on a scale of 1- 50, with the most elegant of banners being a 50.

I agree, there's so many banners. I like the last one, it looks great. Also..... You can't do that!!!! Grading yours higher than the rest, that's an unfair judgment. You should let the people judge the banners and give it points.

I graded it higher because it was among the best so far, it was judged high because it looked good. Besides, my banner was not the highest graded (twas' Reveys).
