Well, in the movie of Hitchhikers in the ship Heart of Gold they turn into knitted plushies and i want to make one does anyone know where to get a pattern for these????

As of yet, there are no real patterns for it. I think there are a few Marvin tutorials you could google, but that's all I've seen. If you decide to wing it and write down a pattern, I'm sure the rest of the knitters online would love you forever. *grin*

I'm sure theres a basic plushie pattern you could adapt, i just don't know where (since i do my plushies crocheted)

actually, if you can get your hands on a copy of Knit.1 (the magazine is not very good >.<) the Pirate issue from a couple of months ago, they had a small blurb on the hitchhikers plushies and a website.

I don't have access the the magazine right now, but I have read the copy.
