My Painful Destiny

"Be this my painful destiny;
I shall hide away this broken me,
That bears bleeding wounds and open blisters
From some past mutiny.

My soul shall stay forever
behind these bars of bone.
It'll stay forever, and stay alone.
'Cause for it to break through free,
Would surely be the death of me.
This is my painful destiny."
