Is a good site with some old school sailor moon games.
In both languages, they come with the emulators you need and I think its a good site.

Please read the sticky about liscensed material. Though it's not directly stated, videogames do apply, as they are liscensed material. Owning an emulator is fine, however ROMs are illegal unless you already own the game itself.
