Portal.
It is by far the best game I have played in years. I've played technically superior games, deeper games, games with better stories...
But nothing as FUN as this. And the BEST game ending ever biggrin
The premise of the game is you play in the standard first-person view point, and you have a portal gun. You can place two linked portals, one leading to the other. A basic demonstration of the use is say there is a chasm between you and the exit, you can place one portal on the other side, one portal on your side, and simply walk into the portal to appear on the other side. And the transition is smooth, as if walking through a door. You can look through a window, throw things through, it's just... mind bendingly awesome.
I realise it sounds strange but... honestly. BEST GAME EVER.
It made gaming FUN again! I had... forgotten what that was like.
And remember. The cake is a LIE!

Dunno off the top of my head but... not too huge I would think.
Quote: Project64 Project64 is a Nintendo 64 emulator which at first seemed to have popped up out of nowhere. I had some trouble trying it myself as my PC doesn't meet the steep system requirements of Project64. Yet from what I have seen, if you have the right PC, Project64 will probably work better for you than any other Nintendo 64 emulator. The system requirements of Project64 are high. Don't expect games to run well or at all if your PC doesn't meet these requirements: * Pentium III 600 Mhz or better * 128 Mb. RAM or more * Fast video card with 16 Mb. Video RAM or more * Windows 95/98/Me * DirectX 6.0 (latest version of DirectX recommended) Project64 works best with these video cards: * TNT, TNT 2, GeForce, GeForce 2, ATI Radeon Project64 does not work well with these video cards: * Matrox G200 and G400 (blending errors) * ATI Rage Pro (misses some 3D functionality) * 3DFX Voodoo Banshee (has bad DirectX drivers) * 3DFX Voodoo 1 or 2 (secondary 3D cards are not supported)
