Use one of those, depending on the version of the game you have. Use Chibi Soma's walkthrough, if you need help, as he's very thorough about what you need to do, and has great walkthroughs for the series.
Right from the start, try making your folder into a uni-coded folder. If you don't already know what that means, it means that the folder has only one chip code in it, other than * code, which can be used for anything. This will help your folder flow better, and will make it so you can choose more chips during each turn. With a folder with a lot of chips in it, you may have powerful chips in it, but you'll only be able to choose about 1 or 2 a turn, which will leave you fairly vulnerable.
When you get advanced far enough, chip-wise, look into the Renowned Folder FAQ, written by Asakura Yoh. Those are very powerful folders for the games, and building those folders, or even building a lesser version of the folders, will be more than enough to let you 100% the game.
