1-please learn how to spell. and the proper terms of things. that paragraph was very hard to decipher. (if you dont know english, well in that case I'm sorry)

2-there is no episode where we witness Chibiusa actually grow up.
unless you mean when she turns into the evil Black Lady, then that's in the "R season"(2nd), or you mean when Chibiusa switches bodies w/ Usagi, then that's in the "SuperS"(4th) season.
