Yeah, he really was an entirely different writer as Bachman.
Have you read his new novel "Cell"?

And no love for me, comment on my new story?

Oddly enough, I finished Cell yesterday. The previous day I finished The Long Walk. It usually takes more than a day per book but The Long Walk was too good for me to stop reading it and well I dunno why I ate through Cell in a day, just didn't have anything better to do. Also, I did comment on the new story.

Yeah, I noticed, thank ya.
Cell was subpar for some reason.
I dunno, and his newest story is just plain "meh".

Long walk is really good.
You read The Regulators?

I noticed that about Cell also, To me it seemed he dove into the action a little more quickly than usual. Anyway, yeah I read The regulators, I also read Desperation, the "mirror" story to that one... I liked Desperation more.

whee I was hoping you'd update, I think I'm addicted to this story.

Anyways, I see Simon as a skinny guy with sallow skin, big blue shadows under his eyes, and old plaid shirt and greasy black hair. The dude he murdered struck me as a hippie. As for the little boy... Hm. Blondish. Kinda smallish for his age. Cute, in a little kid way. His mom would look like Aunt Petunia from Harry Potter.

Thanks... like I said above, it's interesting to see different people's mental image of someone based on actions/personality/whatever. I'm debating going back and putting in descriptions, but if people can form their own mental image I don't see a need to. Why try and force an image into someone's head when they are perfectly capable of making their own?
