Rigu set the now finished plate in the sink and then sat in the chair that was off to the side of the couch. "I give your cooking a nine out of ten."

arisa yaned and roled into a ball and fell asleep

Rigu smiled and covered Arisa up with a blanket. She looked over to Talina and said. "She's cute when she sleeps like that."

Bio: Born in the Phantos Dimension he had lived like a typical ordinary person in a magical place that resided within the spirit realm. That was until his father who had been banished to wander the spirit realm had escaped from his confinement had been reeking his revenge throughout his world. When his father came after his family his mother had tried to protect him by sending him through a highly experimental wormhole gateway called Rapture to try go send him to the Earth. Though when he was being rushed through the Rapture Gateway his mother didn’t know it was malfunctioning when she had sent his son through it. For when he went through he was bombarded with ectoplasmic energy which altered his entire molecular structure when he passed through the Spirit Realm to land in New York. When he realized he wasn’t normal that he had been transformed into a ghost/human hybrid he began to use his power to protect people by using the superhero identity Phantom. Soon enough he had joined the Teen Titans for they wanted to help him find a way back to his dimension. After he joined the Teen Titans he had secretly begun to wage war on the ghosts that had escaped from the Spirit Realm through rifts that were created by using the Rapture Gateway.

Powers/Weapons: Because he was bombarded with ectoplasmic energy which had altered his genetic structure Phantom was given paranormal abilities to combat any type of enemy. Phantom is also a highly intelligent person who is capable of doing nearly anything by using his mind to accomplish any task set in front of him. By using his highly intelligent mind he has the capability to be able to invent technology that is capable of harnessing magical energy. He has the capability to be able to feel a tingling sensation at the base of his skull which alerts him that spirit is nearby which is his ghost sense. Though when Phantom gets closer to the ghost that he is hunting his ghost sense will make him feel a throbbing sensation to the base of his skull signifying that the ghost is nearby. He also has the capability to channel the ectoplasmic energy through his hands to have the capacity to be able to emit concussive blasts of energy at his enemies. Though Phantom has the capability to be able channel his ectoplasm to be capable of emitting various types of energy blasts from his hands. Phantom with his paranormal abilities also has the capability to be able to defy the laws of gravity making him capable of flight. Also he has the capability to be able to fly at approximately one-hundred twelve miles per hour while defying the law of gravity. He also has the capability to be able to manipulate his ectoplasmic energy to be capable of forming ectoplasmic shields through his hands. It seems that Phantom also has the capability to be able to use his hands to form his ectoplasmic shields any assorted shape or size depending on the situation. Because of him being altered by the ectoplasmic energy Phantom has the capability to be able to through sheer force of willpower to turn part or his whole body intangible. Through physical contact with another object or person he could manipulate his ectoplasmic energy to be capable of making the thing he is touching intangible. His paranormal abilities are linked to his emotions so he is constantly has to retain his control over his emotional state to control his powers. If he gets severely angered or whenever he looses control over his emotions he will transform into more ghostly form of himself. Being that he is still rather young his paranormal abilities is still continuing to grow and so is his control over his powers as time passes for him. He could also manipulate his ectoplasmic energy with his hand by emitting ecto-field around an object making him able to lift it like he was using telekinesis. It is uncertain if Phantom has the capability to be able to use his hand to form a ecto-field around multiple objects to be capable of lifting it. Also to combat the tide of ghosts roaming around the city he employs various types of technology he invented to fight and capture the ghosts that he has been hunting.
