I decided to sketch some idea that came into my head, and i erased most of the rough lines in Photoshop, but i'm not so satisfied with it. Any ideas to make this better? Thanx  -Rice Boi Waz Here!!!

hmm. It's hard to tell if i don't know what the sketch looks like now, but maybe play w/ the levels and curves in photoshop? otherwise, you could try inking it in photoshop, or adding a color effect to it w/ layers.

try to get pictures of real clouds. It would help heaps. Clouds dont come one size.

Add a little variety to the clouds. To me they all look very similar. Spice it up =) As for the people, they're fine. They fit nicely. After they get some color they'll pop a bit better =) The perspective on the buildings and streets is just a -little- wonky, but nothing to worry over. It looks good. Update =) Let us see how the color comes along?
