Finally, I put together a good deck (well I think so anyway, I don't really duel that much, only on my DS). My friend helped me with it (she gave me a load of her spare cards) and then I modified it a bit.
It's called: 'Dragician Deck', sweatdrop because most of the monsters I have used are mostly Spellcasters and Dragons (my two favorite types).
-- Monsters -- Silent Magician LV8 Blue-Eyes White Dragon Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus Levia-Dragon - Daedalus Dark Magician Hyozanryu Luster Dragon #2 Dark Magician Girl Curse of Dragon Luster Dragon Skilled Dark Magician Gemini Elf La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp Neo the Magic Swordsman Mirage Dragon Koumori Dragon Lord of D. Silent Magician LV4 Gray Wing Dragon Piper
-- Spell -- Monster Reborn Change of Heart The flute of Summoning Dragon Umi A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon Level up! Mountain Malevolent Muzzler Fissure De-Spell
-- Trap -- Magician's Circle Curse of Darkness Energy Drain Trap Hole Frozen Soul Castle Walls D. Tribe The Dragon's Bead Burst Breath Robbin' Goblin
Will anyone rate this for me and give my some advise how I can make this better?

Hmm... I'm really not the best with giving deck advice because my strategies tend to be... strange... XD;; but I can suggest to maybe pull some of the more higher-level monsters out that don't have great attack but still require tribue, like Hyozanryuu and Curse of Dragon.

Your deck is horribly inconsistent. If you only have one of every card, then you're almost never going to get the cards you need when you need them.
First, I need to know whether you want to play Traditional or Advanced. Know that the competitive metagame only plays Advanced. Go to www.yugioh-card.com for the lists.
I'll help make a decent deck after. That's one of my duties as a tournament judge, right?

If you don't have a lot of cards, then Traditional will cost you more to get the cards with raw power that were banned in Advanced. You can get a good amount of usable cards for Advanced if you buy Structure Decks.
Here's a rudimentary Traditional one that you can modify:
-- Monsters -- Blue-Eyes White Dragon x2 Dark Magician x2 Luster Dragon x3 Skilled Dark Magician x3 Mirage Dragon x3 Breaker the Magical Warrior Apprentice Magician x2 Old Vindictive Magician x2 Magician of Faith Witch of the Black Forest Kaibaman x2
-- Spell -- Monster Reborn Change of Heart A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon x2 Fissure x2 Mystical Space Typhoon Book of Moon Ancient Rules x3 Graceful Charity Harpie's Feather Duster Nobleman of Crossout Pot of Greed Raigeki
-- Trap -- Trap Hole x2 Call of the Haunted Imperial Order Mirror Force Ring of Destruction
And here's a rudimentary one if you decide to choose Advanced:
-- Monsters -- Blue-Eyes White Dragon x2 Dark Magician x2 Luster Dragon x3 Skilled Dark Magician x3 Mirage Dragon x3 Apprentice Magician x2 Old Vindictive Magician x2 Kaibaman x2 Dark Magician of Chaos Spirit Reaper
-- Spell -- Premature Burial Snatch Steal Fissure x2 Mystical Space Typhoon Book of Moon Ancient Rules x3 Heavy Storm Nobleman of Crossout Confiscation Pot of Avarice
-- Trap -- Trap Hole x2 Call of the Haunted Mirror Force Ring of Destruction Torriential Tribute
I tried to keep it as cost-effective as possible. 3nodding

Domo! biggrin , I'll keep those cards in mind (or better still, put the list onto my computer so I won't forget), maybe for once I'll be able to have a stratergy that makes sense sweatdrop , lol.

You're better off going Advanced, as this had no chance in Traditional. Also, stick with a single theme, it works much, much better.
