I don't think so. Having one billion posts means they allready have alot of fans. Quite frankly, I think it's a good reason to be excited.

Yes, but 1 billion is alot more than 3k. Besides, it's good to have all these celebrations. Lets the people know that the admins are active and doing stuff on the site.

fans are good but for RP's having said posts would make it hard for some one new to join because u don't were every one is at in the story mad

At Moon: We're dicussing the major milestone of billion total posts on gaia.
At Kimo: Well, new rps are started every minute of every day. you can join any number of them. Already established rps are hard to break into, so most people just steer clear. So it really depends on what you're into. Random chatter, new rps, old rps, etc.
