I have got everything for it for it but i can't make it(my moogle lvl is 9,and i have 6 oricalcum+, energy crystal but i can't make it) Am i doing something wrong?

do u7 have all the materials besides that? and also u need (i think) to get goofy's and donald's done first, cuz i got the ultimate weapon and i had moogle lvl 9 , the orachrillums, and also the other stuff to go with it and also i had donalds and goofys done first
you need Save the King and Save the Queen, and 7 orichalcum+ and an energy crystal, cuz your moogle lvl doesn't change the amount of items needed, and that sucks
but Fenrir is stronger anyway

Actually, you don't need Save the Queen or Save the King to make Ultima. I made Ultima first, then the other two. It's probably because you need SEVEN Orichalcum+s.
