The shading, expression, pose is all very nice and it suggests the mood of the picture. <3
I love the porportions and the anatomy is accurate enough. X3

heh that manga was pretty cute
if you shift the nose mouth chin a bit down and the neck a bit to the left, it'd be nicer. (well, i'm comparing it to the original pic)

it's pretty good...i can never shade like that... crying something about the neck and the hand on the chin is bothering me, but it looks really great wink

this looks awesome but the head seems slightly out of proportion to me... seems kinda smaller then it should be.. it could be the way i'm looking at it.. but thats what i see.

its not that bad, good job, i say work more on the hands and maybe a little on the shadding and facial area.
