That happened to me at least five times while I was with the first person I loved.
In an effort to prove I loved her, I grinned and bore it. I just shouldered the burden.
Now, see, I wouldn't recommend doing that. I would recommend telling her you've got a problem with that. Tell her it hurt you. Tell her it destroyed your trust in her, be as dramatic and exaggerative as possible.
As long as you love her, make sure she knows it.
