Okay me has a problem :3
My parents want me to start waking up earlier so I can be more 'better prepared' for work and such. I set my alarm (which is VERY loud) but I still cannot seem to wake up! I go to bed at 11ish 12 and I think for most teenagers, that seems normal on summer vaction.
Any heeelpful tips on how I can wake up better. Parents want me up at least by 8ish 9 and I'm getting up at like..12. sweatdrop

That is NOT a good time to be going to bed if you wanna get up from 8-9.
You should try for like 10 hours of sleep, but more if you can and you're not waking up early enough.
I get sleepy around 9 at night.
The thing is, during school we probably get less sleep than we should, so we need to catch up on it during the summer.

It's just the thing is..once I lay down and get ready for bed at like 10ish, I cannnnooot fall asleep! Do I just roll around and wait for the sheep to hit?
