My Stepmother is a Mandintory Reporter
(that means she is like a councillor, if something is going on that is illegal or wrong she has to inform the school and the government)
I told her that me and my bf have had sex, and because we're both under age it is illegal. I didnt want to tell her, she kinda just got it out of me.
She gave me and my bf 2 options, either
1) me and bf break up and have no sexual or phisical contact...friends she could handle
or
2) she tells the government and all the adults in our lives (parents) and bf would get charged and prolly sent to Juvi, cause he was abusing my past...and i'd never get to see him again....and i'd be going to boarding school in sydney.
what should i do, i cant handle only being friends with him, it already hurts.....but i dont want to loose him forever....
Ideas?

Alternatively... how is she going to know if you've really broke up or not?
Say for example, arrange to meet up with a few friends him included, then you two go off and do your own thing for a bit... after all, how is she to know what your doing all the time, and if she does see you two alone, just say that either you or he, had to go get something and the others went to a park or a food court or where ever.
There are ways out of the predicament, you just have to be careful about what you say, and next time your mum tries questioning you seriously about anything in your life, just walk away, if she stops you, point out she takes her job seriously, too seriously to the point abusing your trust so you don't feel you can confide in her anymore.

But, you just have to get around her with the stealth of a CIA agent. If you value your relationship enough, you'll do it.

She knows, she will know, because, as pathedic as this sounds...i cant keep a secret.
I value my relationship with him alot, thats why i sorta made the decision to just be friends, i dont want him going to be charged because of it.
She lives like, 3 hours away from me, she has friends down here, alot of them, and i dont know all of them, so shes getting them to spy on us!!
Theres no difference between underage sex and legal sex...only one is illegal, their both the same!!
Awkward_Joe - i've been pregnate 3 times...he stucka round last time and the baby wasnt even his!! (although i lost it)
