My guild {Needs Donations}

My guild idea is very important but will be VERY exspensive, so I need donations.

My guild is going to be to help scammed victoms such as people who scam ppl out of there gold or items, this happend to me twice so I wont to not only spread the word of these scammers/ hackers but to help the victoms get there items back. But as I said this will be very....Very pricy so plz donate.

How will you know someone was actually scammed and isn't just trying to get some free gold?
