Oekaki. An Alchemist from Ragnarok Online. I've been trying to vary the poses I draw, so I'd like crits on anatomy, please~

Can't guarantee much help, but let's see.... Her chest looks unnatural, like it's somewhat detached. The torso could be a bit longer, but if you're not really going for purely realistic proportions, then it can pass as is. Nice pose =D

The biggest problems that jump out at me are the sheets, her hair and her gloves.
I'll start with the gloves. The folds are what bother me the most. For her right arm, the detail for the fold around her elbow bend looks very flat. I can't really explain it all that well, but if you put on a long sleeve shirt (a snug fit sweater would probably be the best even though it's a little hot to be wearing in the summertime) and do a quick pose in the mirror similar to what you've drawn you'll see what I'm talking about.
As for her left arm, it doesn't seem like she has an elbow at all. The shading is nice and all, but with how the folds are arranged, her arm just doesn't look natural at all. If you do the pose with the long sleeve shirt, be sure to look at how your left arm looks as well. Though gravity will have a slightly different effect if you're standing and not laying down, it should at least give you a good idea of what you need to do to correct the pic.
Next, the sheets. There just isn't enough color depth in my opinion. You should get one more darker color shade to add some more folds around where she's laying as well as cast some shadow to make it look like she's actually laying on the sheets. With the lack of color depth, the sheets just look like they were added at the last minute rather than well thought out. If you make a quick/simple background, make sure that it's good enough where people can't say anything bad about it.
Lastly, her hair. It looks as if you were intending to draw her standing up but then changed the picture to make her look like she's laying down. Would've worked out well had you adjusted her hair as well. When laying down, hair fans outward. While it doesn't have to be fanned out a lot, there needs to be at least some fanning out.
I have one question about the thing that she's laying on. Is that a cape? Or is that her hair? If it's a cape, you should probably give it more color -- perhaps a deeper brown color -- to make sure that people don't mistake it for her hair. If it's supposed to be her hair, then you should fix it so that it actually looks like hair and not a cape.
One last note, I just noticed that her the area under the armpit -- around the area of her shoulder blades -- is missing. Regardless if you're a guy or a girl, if you hold up your arms and look at that section of your body you'll see that it arcs out a bit. Also, you should add some lines or something to signify that she has armpits. Her right arm really needs it since it looks like she doesn't have one.
Hope that helps.
