You need to get into the habit of drawing faces on your people. Even if you're just making quick doodles or designing outfits, having them just be faceless bodies really takes away from the full effect of the picture. If you're drawings are small to the point where it's hard to make a good looking face, then you should start practicing drawing larger images on larger paper. From what I saw in the second image, you should probably devote much time to studying how to draw faces. Not to sound mean or anything, but drawing faces well should be a top priority for you right now. You have a fairly decent grasp of how to draw anatomy, so you should try to perfect your ability to draw a full person, face and all.

The type of face you draw, along with an appropriate pose, can really bring out the emotions that you want a viewer to feel when looking at your pictures. Right now, the pictures are incredibly bland to look at.

Lastly, I had no idea what I was looking at in the third picture, so I don't have any critiques to give you on that one. Sorry.
