Thats possible seeing as though most of his body it stitched, up like his neck. Mabye Kazuzu tried to take his heart but something messed up.

And if your thinking it...Yes the akatsuki is actually a good orginazation....As naruto is the leader he is trying to relvie the pain of gorwing up as one of the demon childs.....So hes goal is to capture all the demons and lock them away to save kids from the tortment. biggrin

Yeah. And what about the piercings, the eyes, the voice. And then unless he from the future how the heck does he live in the same time. And then again after that he has his demon. And if he kills his younger self he would die to, causing all he worked for to be screwed up.
