So why does that mean you have to do what everyone else does?

Just because everyone else's relationships last 2 weeks doesn't mean yours has to. It's not a requirement

It doesn't matter how long the average relationship in your school is. That doesn't apply to you, that applies to everyone else that hits the average, so don't even go there.
As for the whole 50/50 deal, just don't do anything you think you may regret later, it really doesn't matter what the other person thinks. If they love you, then they will respect you and your decision.

Besides, you shouldn't even be considering having sex, until your absolutely 100% certain of how comfortable you are with the idea. Only then, you should have it when you are certain the relationship will last, through tested means. Which from the sounds of it, at your school is never long. But if he does love you, he will wait, until your comfortable with the idea and until your at least 16. If he leaves you for 'not putting out', then the guys an a*****e.

Rellik is right. Be 100% sure. Sex is a big deal, especially the first time because you'll never forget it. And dont let other people judge you for it.
