Comforting, Relaxing Zones

Is there a place, whether its complex, or simple that you can just let out your anger? Or maybe just to cool down? Get prepared for a big event, or a test. Or even to let out a few tears? Maybe its a park, the hot tub, your room, work, long bathes, smelling aroma-therapy thinggies xD..etc.

Just a place were you can go and relax your thoughts. Not a person, but a place that just gives you a calm sense of serenity.


For me? Its in the hot tube for sure. @.@ Warm water, outside..its great. Especially in winter. ♥

Usually I go to my room and sit there for a while.

There is this park kind of near my house thats almost always empty. I go there when I need to take a walk, breathe some fresh air and clear my thoughts. x3

If I had a hot tub I would definitely use it when I'm stressed. It sounds really calming.
As for the place I go to, whether or not I'm nervous or just angry, I tend to go into the basement. I have a target down there, so when I need to vent/release steam I shoot off some arrows.

I never really get angry that much... I just pretend to. xD

I'd have to go with my room, since I spend the most time there. Especially if my doggy is in there too; he does a good job of making me feel better.

Speaking of which, my room is my doggy's comfort zone too. He'll bolt in here whenever something scares him or when my dad yells at him.

My comfort zone is usually my room, although sometimes when i get stressed or need to cry or something I take a nice hot shower; it always feels better ^_^
