In all fairness, SNL started it, Mad TV perfected late night comedy.
I used to watch SNL with my dad, who'd been watching it since it first aired (I wasn't around that long, because one of its big comedians, John Belushi, died before I was born), and it was pretty good. Mad TV, once I got off initial shell shock, is funny. I don't even hear anything on SNL anymore really.

where as mad tv has so many funny episodes saturday night live has a few too... but if i had to choose between them i would have to say mad tv!!!

SNL, definitely.

MAD TV has a cruder humor that I don't like as well as SNL's.

well, snl, cuz its a whole lot funnier, but mtv is on like, everyday, right? (im not home much. lol) and snl has some funny a** skits on it!
