Hey everyone, I just have a few questions.

I have pretty fine hairs and it's hard to find a good hairstyle I like that goes with the way I dress which people around me refer to as scene.

it's pretty annoying, fine hair.
it covers what you dont want, tickles like a b***h and sheds out alot.

Know any good hairstyles?

I have hair like that...And i still look damn good.
Fine hair is better than thick in my opinion.
So you should be good to go.

I'm not sure about hairstyles, but a good tip is to dye it some colour.

You have it GOOD.
No joke.
I have extremely thick, wavy/curly hair and it SUCKS.
With fine hair, you can make it behave, believe me. Gell, wax (I don't suggest it, though), ceramic-iron hair-straightener, curlers, hairspray, etc.

I also have very fine, straight, yet also thick hair. But, I have a few natural waves and my hair get weighed down easily. I hear you on the shedding, but my problem is more along the lines of frizzing and split ends all the time.

my hair is very thick x_x so when i dont do anything after i take showers it looks like crap. which is why i straighten my hair =].

i have some split ends here and there, so i trim my hair, which allows it to grow longer (duh xD)

umm....what you could do is, well there are people that actually cut their hair short on the back, and ladies, do go like "OMG NO WAY EWW" ive seen girls at my school, and they look great , long bangs, semi short back hair. its pretty good, if you have the problem with the back. if bangs is what yout problem is, then you probably could go with thinning your hair by the ends and try to keep the limit on where you want it to be so it doesnt become a hassel

haha i sound like some pro. XD im not though.

Do not get it layered or thinned at the edges.

I have fine hair as well, and I tried that once. Found out that for me to look like a visual kei faithful is a Herculean task--it just ends up looking frayed and crazy.

I don't have much of a problem with it, personally, despite how I opened up this post... since I'd rather look mangy and crazy than neat and statuesque.

I have thick wavy hair.
So I can't help you there.
Sorry.
:/

But I love thick hair.
Because you can kinda do more with it.
Like if you want a style that calls for thin hair.
Get it thinned out.
And if you want to change it.
Let it grow again.
And it's easier for messy styles that I prefer.
:]
I just have to wake up 2 hours early to be able to straighten it & get to school on time.

Ditto... I've got freak'n really curly hair and its thick as hell too XP

All i want is fine straight hair crying N e ways, my fav style is either spike'n it up or put about a dab of styling wax and mix it in good, then u can hav kinda edgy spiked hair but its still soft and not hard like cement AND feel free to re-style or change it up n e time n_n

Good Luck wink

best bet is to google scene hair or something find a picture you like,
then start training it like that,
brush comb wash ect.
after a while it will start growing that way ^_^

For Emo hair. Hair straightener and hair spray are big requirments. Use the hair straightener to (Obviously) straighten the front, and left side of your hair. You should let you hair grow long enough to cover the whole left side of your face till you use the straightener. At the back of your head, grab a bit of your hair and try to stick it up. Hair spray would really help with that.

I have no idea about scene though. Sorry

I don't see much a trick in getting your hair to look like this.

have you noticed a lot of emo people have thick wavy hair?
anyways i dont really know what to do for hair. i have thick wavy hair and when i try to straighten it, it just looks like a bob. but that might just be because my straightener is crappy. but you should get highlights. i have blond and red highlight =]
