1)Gerard can sing
2)they can write songs, they are about real life situations and you would no if people stop being twats and listen to the message of the songs
3)they have there own sounds and they dont have to steel other peoples sound
cuz they sound nothing like other bands
4)Gerard is not a certified tosser, he is great and looked up to by thousands of people
5)yes they can ******** play
6)they have the greatest style ever
7)there all hot as ********
cool they have more charisma then other band and more stage presents to
9)they sell out cuz there a good rock band and everyone loves them
10)no all the people that love them, yes sure there teenagers but look at the amount of adults that love them, there are more than teenagers

Phil Anselmo can sing, Bruce Dickinson can sing, Ronnie James Dio can sing, Scott Ian can sing, James Hetfield can sort of sing, Serj Tankian... ok he shouts, the point, they are all better then Gerard Way and why? Because they can hold a note, they don't need to resort to shouting every last syllable down the mic.

Pantera write about real life, NWA write about real life, Metallica write about real life, Rage write about real life... the difference is, that MCR write about things, that only someone completely egotistical and up his own arse would write about... it maybe real life for them, but its not representative of what most of the adult population of the world consider real life.

Oh please, anyone with half a brain could tell you that the Black Parade is just a cheap attempt to sound like Queen, they don't even hide the fact they want to be like Queen.

Have you met him? Cos I have, I don't have a problem with the other band members, they were nice guys, but Gerard is a certified tosser.

I'm gonna list some names here; Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Ozzy Osbourne, Bruce Dickinson, Trent Reznor, Bono, Eminem, Ice Cube, Mick Jagger, Keith Moon, Elvis, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page... to name a few... and you reckon MCR have more stage presence then those people.

Honestly the only MCR songs you've heard are Welcome to the Black Parade and Helena. In terms of music, they're stuff takes just as much skill to play as any other s**t.
They don't suck at writing. Maybe you don't like what they play, but that's your opinion. They write about a variety of things ranging from vampires to gunfights in the desert. I think that's a little more imaginative than all the cliche s**t emo's turned into.
If they were in it for the money, they'd be on tour with every ******** p***y "emo" band out there.

Actually I've listened to the Bullets and 3 cheers albums, all the way through, I didn't like either, making my opinion as valid as yours. Its simple, I don't like them, a lot of people don't like them, they were voted worst band of the year by kerrang in 2006.

They were also voted best band of the year in 2006 by kerrang. Go figure. The point is, they seem to be a love 'em or hate 'em kind of band. I personally hate them. Sure, my personal, deep loathing and hatred for Gerard Way doesn't help their case in my opinion, but if you met the guy, you'd know where I'm coming from.

As for them being in it for the money and the fame, listen to the song the black parade, read the interviews, look at all the merchandise they produced by the second album, never mind the third, then tell me, that they aren't in it for the money and fame.

As a side note, thank you for this trip down memory lane... reminds me of ragging on MCR and LP when I first joined, I used to live for replies like that.

What really pisses me off is that most the MCR-worshipping retards have only heard the Black Parade album and maybe Helena. Now, quite honestly, I am almost clueless about the rest of the album that came before, except that I knew I only enjoyed one song.
I don't research MCR because I don't give a rat's a**.
In my opinion, they suck.
