Dermal Punch

Well. It happened on Saturday. i got my dermal punch (And it's about damn time)

It was an all around great experience, The pain was very Minimal (about the same as a lobe piercing). The biggest pain is the swelling now.

well.. That's just the general aftermath, AFTER the stop bleed.

I don't have a good , clear picture of all the bloodied things in the trashcan, because the person taking my pictures shook alot xd

Look forword to a very long and painful healing... You might not get the most annoying part of healing mine though.

Don't let those pictures mislead you. The person taking the pictures shook alot, so most of the pictures I have are blurry, but heres some...





I diden't bleed as much as I probably could, Because the stop bleed was used so fast, But it doesn't matter too much, Im going to go back and get my other ear punched now, because I love this one so much.

As for healing, It's been fine so far. For the first 3 days I had to take aleve, because the swelling was intensely painful, but now, It's fine. It's a b***h trying to clean it tho. Soaking it is an experience, But Iv'e just about mastered it xd

ah, that looks about the same amount of bleeding as mine now =P
I never used stop bleed though...

I never actually soaked mine, I just whiped the crusties off with a q-tip while in the shower. Its much easyer to get water over it to losen them up in the shower.

Yeah. Iv'e been running water over it in the shower, As well as saltwater soaks.

it seems to be working well enough for the time being. However, my ear is still a bit swollen, and getting a Q-tip behind the edge of the tunnel has proven to be a pain the the a**.

I had a bit of trouble with that too.
But I go a single flared eyelet instead of one with screw on ends
It was alot easyer to clean off.

I have an Awesome Pyrex glass tunnel waiting for me, But I didn't want it to fall out while I was sleeping or something, So im using this one for the time being, and in 4 weeks, I'll go back and get my glass tunnel.

Im going to get my other ear done too. As soon as this one heals up.
