Where I live we don't get hurricanes or earthquakes, just sometimes tornado's but even those a slightly rare. Expect for this year where we had a couple bad ones but none right in my town.

I would hate to go through a hurricane, I'd probably be scared shitless.

I called her on the phone and she touched herself...

You got Noel? Last I checked Noel was a name, and Christmas in French. >_<

...I laughed myself to sleep.

I got hit by that blasted wind tunnel! >.<
I got two holes in my roof.
And my fence got knocked over.
It failed.
And my power was out for most of the morning >.>

It hit us too!
Just barely though.
It was windy and the power got knocked out a couple of times, but that was it.

I was worried about you though. My mom said it was really bad around the Plymouth area. gonk

i've had bad thunderstorms. But no hurricanes, tornadoes or anything of the sort where i am.. tornadoes are pretty rare, once in a while we get funnel clouds, or a really small tornado that uplifts trees and throws around garbage pales. But nothing super serious. I live right across Port Huron, Michigan.. (I'm Canadian) and nothing exciting happens here.

Though it's suppose to snow this week, our first snow fall is rumored to be this wednesday, so I'm pretty excited, I like the winter season. biggrin 3nodding

Wow, I visited New England? I never recalled such a thing...

Because Noel is one of my main nicknames...lol. Lol indeed. ._.;

We don't get hurricanes over here, but we DO have El Niño and Santa Ana winds flying this way every year. It can get pretty bad, but the worst that happens is a tree falling over and knocking out power lines or falling on a house - IF it happens, anyway.

However, we still need rain. We're in a [almost] drought.

Puerto Rico is supposed to be hurricane island.

Yet somehow we've managed to avoid every major hurricane since George. They've just passed us by. >:V

I live in New England / Northeast, but I happen to live in the area that JUST misses all of the disasters. Woot.
