The most noticable issue is with the lighting on the coat the guy is wearing. There are no highlights whatsoever on it despite the fact that it shows up strongly on his skin and shirt. The way the coat is right now kinda messes with the way the eye percieves the picture because it's one solid mass rather than something with form.

Also, something in the mid-ground -- the space between the tree and the Kyoya -- would be good. Perhaps some leaves getting blown around in the wind or something of that nature. There's just too much of a visual divide between the tree and Kyoya due to the blur effect you used on the background, so you need something in the mid-ground (and maybe a little bit in the foreground as well) to balance everything out.
