Hey, banners are a type of art, and cartooning is art too! >.<
Okayy, listen.
I'm going to post up tutorials bit by bit, first for banners, then for cartooning.
Since some of us do not have any art programs other than the default paint one in their computers, all tutorials will be for PAINT PROGRAM, a.k.a MS paint.
But I need rules to keep everyone and everything organized, kay kay?
Rules:
1) Obey all Gaia T.O.S
2) Ask permission of banner maker before using their banners unless they state otherwise.
3) If you see pictures/text that are offensive and breach Gaia's pg-13 rule, inform ME please. I will direct everything to Lil Tnco or handle it if possible.
4) Stealing banners or art will result in you being reported.
5) No flaming.
6) Keep language mild. No vulgarities.
7) Keep EVERYTHING PG-13.
